to live or not to live, that is the question:where it is more acceptable in the mind to suffer bad luck or be physically against the sea of troubles, which might bring them to an end.To die,to sleep,no more. When we sleep is it peaceful, or is it when we die it removes our emotions.
“To die,to sleep; to sleep, perchance to dream—ay, there’s the rub: for in that sleep of death what dreams may come”
“Sleep of death” is a metaphor because he is using sleep as death. When you die you just die you don’t sleep. Hamlet is trying to find out what death is and comparing it with sleeping.I could tell Hamlet is scared of death because he is trying to say that Death is sleeping.
